Complete free of gaps, oil , pimples formation of slates other roughness and oxidized spots
Micrometer to measure the diameter. Test three times to average.
X-Ray coating thickness gauge to measure the thickness.
- TENSILE STRENGH
4.1 Determine and measure the Breakage Tension. Breakage tension machine to do breakage Tension Test .Prepare sample by taking 25cm in length from finished products. Pull the 25cm sample until it breaks with a tension pulling device. Read out and jot down the kilograms.
4.2 Calculate the square of Sectional Area.
Equation：A＝r×r×3.1416（r：radius of finished product）
Calculate the results by using the equations.
Tensile Strength＝Breakage Tensile /A
Load a wire 25cm in length , onto breakage tension machine apply force to stretch in
until it breaks. Subtract the original length（25cm）from the stretched length for the
result. Example：The wire breaks when being stretched up to 31cm , the calculation
will be：（31－25）/ 25＝24％
- COATING CONTENT
FISCHERSCOPE X-Ray coating thicknessgauge to measure the coating content.
- BENDING TIMES
Take a 15cm sample, one point hold the Bending test machinethe other point load a 250gw or 500gw, and calculated the timesuntil it breaks. The path 1、2、3 calculated one time.
- SOLDER ABITILITY
Heat the Tin Oven to the required test temperature. Cleansing the product to be tested with soldering flux for 1 to 2 seconds. Load the cleansed Sample onto the Tin oven for 2 to 3 seconds , then it out and examine the soldering conditions on the surface. Check product if there is any peeling of plated Tin layer and if the tested product still in acceptable condition.
- BAKING TEST
Hot dipped Tin copper wire: 200 degree 1 Hour.
Electro plating Tin copper wire: 155 degree 16 Hour.
Conductivity test machine to measure the conductivity.
